KICKSTARTER PLAN

The KICKSTARTER PLAN (c) is the ideal starter programme for those who are new to, or returning to exercise with their dog and would like to build up to running trails.

With specific a weekly online class to help keep you focused, this programme also comes with 5 free group classes so you can meet up with other participants and train together.

You will also have access to our exclusive Facebook group where you can participate in the 'ask me anything' feature each week.

KICKSTART MY NEW YEAR!

A fantastic three hour bikejor workshop. This session is pawfect for those who already have some off road cycling skills and are looking to try something new with their dog. You will learn lots of new skills and leave feeling more confident in your abilities and with a new found activity that you can enjoy with your dog! Spaces are limited to 8 people, so book now to avoid disappointment.

PB CHASER

The PB CHASER (C) is the plan designed for those who are already able to run on the trails with their dogs and who can run 5km.

PAWFECT for those who want to improve their times or aim for a potential race in the future.

You will receive a 6 week PB chaser plan to help you achieve your goals which comes with support and mentorship from Canicross Coaching.

Participants will also be invited to the weekly online class in order to help with focus and motivation as well as being given 5 FREE in person classes within the package.

As a participant you will be entitled to purchase a limited colourway t-shirt so you can wear it with pride every time you train - to remind you of your goals!
