" I had wanted to start canicross for a while but I didn't know where to start. Joining a club or signing up for a race felt too intimidating when all I wanted was a place to learn some basics and see if Bella took to it. A friend recommended Anne-Marie and it was exactly what I was looking for! Anne-Marie is very knowledgeable, encouraging and great at pitching the sessions so that everyone is included. It is a lovely supportive group to train with and some of us have even signed up to some rces together now. I keep coming back because both of us get so much from the sessions! Bella learns from the other dogs far more than she would training alone.

I am a keen outdoor enthusiast trail runner, hiker and I walk as much as I can. But, as a chronic anxiety sufferer, with a beautiful Welsh/Border Collie cross that needs loads of enrichment and exercise and big outdoor spaces, I was incredibly daunted by being out there alone on the trails and in the woods.

I found Anne-Marie and Canicross Coaching by chance and joined in for a session. I fell in love with the sport. Bear and I truly love our time out with the team and always get home BUZZING after a session. The team are the single most supportive and motivational friends I could ever have wished to have found.

Anne-Marie is just amazing. Her knowledge, patience and support have enabled me to feel less anxious and stressed out on the trails. Having a team around has been the confidence booster I certainly needed.

Bear absolutely comes alive and LOVES his runs and hikes, he is such a cool dog, non-reactive, friendly, and up for anything. Canicross and Bear just work.

Starting Canicross was the best decision I ever made! It gives me a fun and exciting way to spend time with Murphy.

Finding Anne-Marie as a coach was fantastic. She is amazing with me and Murphy, kind and caring and full of knowledge that she is more than happy to pass on to you as all she wants is for you to get the best out of your personal journey and understands everybody has different reasons to race and different goals. Not only has she helped us on our canicross journey my relationship with Murphy is fantastic and my running on a personal level has also improved.

I would highly recommend Canicross as a sport but would recommend even more learning the sport from Anne-Marie, I have no regrets about either of these decisions and look forward to classes and race days!

Fun sessions with zero pressure; the emphasis on having a good time with your dog. Anne-Marie is a great coach and teacher and has bags of patience. Her enthusiasm for the sport is infectious and her love of dogs is obvious. I have benefited from training with her in lots of ways and have a great relationship with my dog as a consequence. Dont hesitate in giving it a go; it's the most exhilarating and enjoyable way to run.
